Hi Beauties!
This weekend, Mr. Dainty and I packed our bags and jetted off to NYC to visit some sweet friends! We moved from the Upper East Side in Manhatten not even a year ago and didn’t expect nostalgia to hit us this strongly. ha! Before I delve in too deep, here is my outfit I wore for the day! So comfy and city chic š
Don’t pay attention to my undone shoe ties since I ran in the middle of the street to get this picture. Did I mention we went back to the city on St.Party’s St.Patty’s Day and the weekend of the NY Half Marathon. SO many people.Ā Fail. lolĀ
You can get this super adorable sweater from here, (it’s on sale!) the fit is one size fits all and is incredibly comfy. Perfect for travel and trekking around the city! These leggings areĀ from Express and are still available here (on me in XXSP). These boots, y’all. Are S O perfect! The fit, the color and the ability to walk all around the city without wanting to saw off my feet?! Perfection. They are available here, on me in size 5.5, fit runs TTS and great for those of us with tiny legs!
Now, on to the food!

Brunch: Hands down this is our favorite 230 on 5th, Rooftop Bar and great Brunch specials!Ā Bocado Cafe on the UES is one of our regular places to visit and in Midtown we frequent this cute French cafe, La Mangeorie
OBao – Delicious Thai and Vietnamese fusion, gorgeous interior and yummy cocktails!
Naruto Ramen– This is our favorite noodle place that you can always expect a wait. Fun fact, we lived right above the UES location!

Tao– Another great place to eat Asian food that will tickle your senses with the atmosphere & food , a fun place to have a girls night out!
Balade– Go here if you want the mostĀ amazing Middle Eastern delicacies, discovered this gem on our recent trip and was instantly disappointed, I had not visited here sooner.
Ai Fiori– If you’re feeling fancy, stop by here for gourmet Italian and French Food, one of our favorite places to dine. ** Michelin Star Restaurant, can be pricy
Casa Enrique- Another Michelin Star Restaurant that has the B E S T Mexican food! This one is also very easy on the wallet š
